Hello,
I was looking for a Trek Marlin 7. Called the store, they found the color I wanted and correct size. Bike was ready for pickup in about 2 hours.
All went very well, from initial call until I payed and picked up the bike. Not many other stores had this bike in stock, nor were they as pleasant to work with.
Great staff and made my paying experience very pleasurable on my trek SL6.
Professional, concerned, utmost customer service and just good people to do business with.
They make you feel like family. No matter how simple or complex the questions are to them they
respond with kindness and help.
Sorry I'm moving out of town soon but they (Robbie) even gave me a contact to see in Hawaii.
