I have been a customer for quite a few years and am glad to see the continuity of sales and service staff. Nikko is always helpful and has a strong knowledge of your product line. Dwayne, Duwayne, and Anthony are the mechanics that I have dealt with most often and most recently, and they are all very good diagnosticians and wrenches. I would also have confidence in anyone else at the shop, however, but I just haven't personally dealt with them. I am glad to see the inventory increasing again, and essential parts in stock for quick repairs. I was disappointed in the roll out of the no check policy. I wrote a check one day but by the next day the policy had changed. Fortunately, I had enough cash in my pocket to pay what I owed and didn't have to make a second trip back in order to pick up my bike. I completely understand the policy, but it was unexpected and without any advance notice. I just think that from a customer relations perspective it could have been handled better by management. Nevertheless, I am glad to see that overall Zion Cyclery is continuing the long time tradition of excellence in sales and service. I'll be back.
