I walked into the store and although it wasn't too busy, I was taken care of immediately. I told the bike mechanic that there was a noise in my derailer and believed it needed adjustment. The mechanic immediately put in in the rack and went to work on it. He found that my derailer hanger was bent and straightened it out and readjusted the gears to shift perfectly again. He also pointed out a few other things that needed to be replaced due to normal wear and tear. I bought this bike from this store in 2018 and happy to know that I can go in at any time when my bike needs to be looked at by the friendly staff. I highly recommend this store to all and give it the highest rating possible!

My family has been a customer With the Zion Cyclery shop and the original bicycle shop prior to the Zion Cyclery shop for years. It is the hometown bicycle shop which in the past has provided personal touch customer service . The staff and owners of the shop are following the same suit and providing that personal touch customer service, they are very helpful, knowledgeable and support what they sell. They provide a wide Selection of bikes and accessories. I appreciate when you walk into the store they recognize you and provide that hometown feel, with exceptional service. Highly recommend the shop for your Cycling needs.

Lots of knowledge and help with products and accessories
I have been riding Trek bikes for about 10 years now. Absolutely love them. Brought my current one in for some maintenance due to gear slipping. Employees were very nice and bike was perfect once it was done. Will definitely come back for all future needs.

One of the products I needed appeared to be sold out. Sales staff found the part in an "extras" bin. Note: it was a mounting bracket for a light, so no big deal if it was previously used.
