Ordered a part for a vere+2 witch was almost impossible to find the store rep.called trek he was able to order the part when it came in I went in to pick it up while there I hah several questions about maintenance of the bike he was very helpful and knowledgeable

Availability of replacement parts. In this case, a caliper (buckle) for my cycling shoe. I called a lot of store and no one carried them in stock....they had to be ordered.
