I purchased a used Cervelo tribike from Florida - your staff was very helpful with assembly and spec (added Garmin computer, Gator tires, grip tape, water bottle cage) and performed fit. Very smooth, as has been my previous experience with tune-up of my Madone 4.0 purchased from your store about 10 years ago. I also feel welcome to comeback with any tweaks to the Cervelo.
This store is the greatest. The staff is very friendly and well informed. They can answer all your biking questions and point you in the right direction.The service shop is well staffed and very helpful .They have a lots of bikes in stock along with anything you want to add to your bike.Besides being a very good place to buy your next bike they are very community minded and help support inner city youth programs and serve as a drop off site for donated bikes that go to established charities in Chicago dedicated to teaching bike repair and safety.

Professional in every way - Corey took time (a lot, as I needed it) to review all the choices in my price range for a Trek 720 replacement. The bike (FX 2 Disc) was ready sooner than planned, with all the accessories installed - quickly adjusted it after a short test ride. Very pleased with everyone there. Highly recommend this Trek location.
