I have been going to Zion Cyclery for bikes and stuff since I was a kid. Now at 43 years old I'm a big kid still playing bikes, they carry to quality bikes and components. The staff is amazing.
Love that I can "try out" bike in parking lot. Not many stores allow you to do that.
Replaced my chain without an appointment. Staff is also very knowledgeable.

I've worked with KC last year, and recently with Torsten. Absolutely great customer service! Extremely knowledgeable, responsive, thorough and friendly.
Brought in two older bikes. One got new tires, new cables, both got new chains, one seat was lowered (my husband loves this lower height and comfort), new lights on the front and back of both bikes, and a little more repair for my husbands bike. Jeff was very informative and made our bikes look like new when I picked them up. They were washed and tuned up...which they hadn't had that much attention since we had bought them at your Trek store many years ago. If they ever need any future work...the Highland Park Trek store is where we'll go. We couldn't be happier. Our two bikes look like they're brand new...so happy with them. Not only are they looking better but they're safer too. Jeff was wonderful explaining what was needed and the final cost. Many thanks for the service and advice with the repairs. Laurie Quirini
