The representative, Marty, that came out for an on site visit was very thorough and knowledgeable. He advised the location of the propane tanks for our generator and coordinated with the generator installer very efficiently. We were very pleased with the installation.

I was always very pleased with gas Inc. as a long-term customer for years now, and family members are long-term as well. But I must admit, I’m not too happy about this take over and the way they’re changing things. It’s just not the same anymore. I know sometimes change is needed, but your long-term customers relationship and the employees should be a top priority, not price gauging and just rearranging things without the customers knowledge or consent! Perhaps you should have talk to your customers prior to just making drastic changes in our service relationship. But instead, you just moved in, took over and just do whatever you want to without considering these facts. The employees and the long-term business relationship is the only reason I would recommend this company now. Not the new ownership, policies and procedures. I dearly appreciate the relationship and services that I have received all these years from Gas Incorporated. And so does everyone I know. You have been a wonderful company to do business with. Thank you so much.
