I'm always greeted by a friendly voice when I call to schedule our gas refill. They are able to pull up my account info, accept the payment and schedule the delivery in only a matter of minutes. Most deliveries have been within 24 hours, one delivery took 48 hours, but on one wintery occasion, we had the gas truck out in about 4 hours so we did not run out.

I would definitely recommend Gas Inc. When you call to request gas, they are at your house within a couple of days, not weeks. Customer service is excellent! Every person I have ever dealt with at Gas Inc. has been friendly and knowledgeable.
