My delivery is very complicated. We live on a small farm with all sorts or animals 10 dogs. Goats chickens ducks and a horse. So our farm is totally fenced Also when it rains it’s a muddy mess. So the delivery comes with special issues. All of which the gas delivery guys accommodate and we appreciate it very much. So thanks

We recently had a communication problem where our account (always paid immediately upon delivery) was put on hold to the extent of completely running out of gas (during one of the coldest spells this winter). The manager explained to us that a credit application had not been filled out by us (which was required by the new owners) therefore causing our account to be placed on hold (we were never informed of this requirement), but he delivered personally that day (after work hours on a Friday night). So, although I believe this new ownership is not all it should be, they were smart enough to keep the good employees from Gas Incorporated.

The rep that came out to the house was very thorough providing an explanation on the tank, things to watch out for and just very informative.
I have been having issues with gas delivery as the tank was causing issues . The service tech drove out to my house in the mountains, with the tanker of gas and made sure my tank was full the day before Christmas.
Another driver could not get the coupling to work but the service tech got it to work and I got my gas .

Everyone there is really nice. Prices are good. I don't have to keep checking the meter, because they just. come by and fill my tank.
Install crew were very good. I had used supplies from Home Depot to pre-instell the needed piping but when they arrived the informed me the piping was “not approved” by Gas inc. They helped me replace the piping.
I was disappointed that the gas delivery driver did not announce that he was here. I didn’t know he came by until I called in and was told he came by. I found the delivery notice on my car windshield.
Overall I received very good service. I just felt communication could have been better.

The gentlemen who came to fill up and service my propane tank were very kind and courteous. I’m new to having propane, so they took the time to patiently explain all the common sounds that were normal and sounds and smells to watch out for. They were fantastic!
