Your customer service rep Kathy at your Ranger GA office is absolutely the best in the business. She is the only reason we did not change propane providers last week. I had called for two weeks to get a tank fill and only got voice mails and no return calls. Kathy listened to me vent patiently and stayed later on a Friday afternoon to take care of my request. She is awesome and I will only call and talk to her for all my future propane needs.
