We've been customers with Marty since 1996. He always gave us good service, in fact one nasty January day when I was almost out of LP, his driver made it into Bent Tree when the competitors trucks were turning around and going home. On that particular trip, I knew of two widows who were also out of fuel. Didn't ask if they were customers, gave each 100 lbs, both became customers. Just one of the reasons I chose Gas Inc. I have been a customer of Woodstock Gas for many years. They was a smaller company but they was always personable, friendly and easy to access. When I called the Ranger office a human voice answered and took care of my order or any other concern I had without going thru all the automations and waiting on the right person. But I realize Gas Inc is a larger company so it's different. Deliveries has been prompt and drivers are polite. Prices are higher than the competition but introductory prices to get your business is always cheaper to get your business. With all of this said, I am satisfied with Gas Inc service.
We think Marvin is a terrific representative of the company! Dependable, friendly, and honest.

When my propane tank was relocated over the past couple of weeks, the cap on the top of the tank must have come off during the move. Is that something that needs to be replaced? Currently there is just an open circular hole in the cap that rain water can easily get through.

We like the budget billing. It's always a reasonable amount. We also like the fact that our delivery man randomly comes by and fills our tank. Which saves us the trouble of having to check the gage all the time and call for a delivery.
Technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. Informed me of his findings and offered his services for future calls. Upfront and honest with prices and procedures
