John is the tech who completed the system inspection. This is our first experience with an above ground propane tank so John was good in answering our questions and providing us additional information about how the tank works (capacity, refills, etc.) and the deviations in the gauge based on the weather. He also did a good job of explaining leaks and indicators to look for. We were really happy with the extra time he spent and patience he showed towards us. Good guy!
Likewise, the driver who delivered the propane was equally as friendly and polite. A good start for a new customer.
Good service
The true test of a companies worth and integrity is its front line people. When purchasing propane you can’t see or rate the product but you can rate its team members.
I spoke with Cathy in the office and I can tell you this is a woman any company would be proud to employ. I spoke to her on several occasions and she always left me with a smile on my face and the feeling that I spoke to a friend.
I also met and had dealings with John who preformed leak tests on my equipment and who represented Woodstock in a most professional manner. Having no experience with propane this was an invaluable service and much needed.
All in all my interaction with Woodstock was fantastic.
This company is fast, thorough & very courteous. Our installer was so great with our new line & fireplace conversion. We have been customers of Gas Inc. for over 20 years. Major improvements have been made in the last couple of years that make our experience much better than before. Budget billing is convenient and automatic refill seems to be handled in a more timely manner. I also enjoy being able to make payments on-line.
