My absolute favorite CPY studio. I really appreciate the 5pm C2 classes on M, W, F. Thank you for that!!! Hoping to get to them more frequently. I went to Kim's class for the first time, and I absolutely loved it. I also went to last Friday's 5p class and was happy that Chelsea subbed that one! I wasn't going to mention THERESA'S class.. because it's common knowledge that all her classes are sooo good!! :)
Lastly, the locker room renovation is amazing... one day i will get to the studio early enough to figure out how the lockers work. LOL

The Capital Hill studio has really excellent teachers. It is a supportive community of people. One of the best fitness experiences I have ever had!

Excellent instructor and nice locker space. I appreciate that when the room got overheated, the instructor would adjust the temperature but still kept the momentum going in the sculpt class with great music and challenging flow.
I really like the studio there and the size of it. It’s not too small. It’s also not too large, so you feel in community.
The people are super friendly and the teacher is excellent. The pacing of the class was perfect!

This is my favorite location due to the size of the studios and locker room! I also feel that the instructors are so lovely and kind, making the experience feel less daunting when you're first starting out! When I walked in on my free week, the manager of the studio as well as class instructor made me feel so welcomed when I wanted to just go back home after parking (I hate change!). I've recommended this studio to many of my friends who love it as well!
The YogaSculpt was challenging but also friendly for someone with little yoga knowledge like me. Excellent workout. Gabriella was a very good instructor.
The instructors are amazing and fun and knowledgeable and challenging! The yoga sculpt is my favorite and is incredible for my brain and mind and body! Cherry creek yoga is my extended home and my extended family!
I'm in love with hot yoga now. The CorePower model class structure allows the guide self expression while the core practice maintains a high bar for strength and flexibility training in a meditative space. Consistently the guides intervene with verbal postural corrections to prevent injuries and deepen the practice.
The staff is friendly and every teacher is terrific!
I appreciate variety of teachers who give out their personalities in their own way of easing into the poses or pumping up the energy in the studio!

I’ve been practicing yoga since the end of March 2025 my daughter Montana recommended me to core power. She has been practicing yoga for one whole year and she said mom, you have to try it so I did and I’m so grateful I did. I love core power yoga so much. I just love hot yoga in general. It is helped with my mental health boost my confidence.

I really enjoyed the strength X class I took this morning. It provides a variety to the mostly YS classes I take. I am loving the new vibe at kahala since Theresa took over!!! Yay!
