I love Core Power Yoga and especially my studio which is studio city. The manager cares about everyone and everything in the studio. The staff is trained so well to take care of your body and give you a wonderful workout of mind and body. It is a perfect balance.

The instruction is great, the facilities are clean and the amenities offered make it easy for me catch a class after work before my hour commute home.
I love this studio! My only critique is that the lights in one of the studios are really harsh and are always on.
And I often wonder how often the floors are mopped for the amount of sweat 😂
You can’t beat the level instruction, skill, care, friendliness and playlist 🤩. I also love the variety of classes so my body can stay well balanced. You’ll love it - come try !

The experience was amazing, I really enjoyed the entire time I was in the studio. The teacher was incredible and made the class so much fun while also pushing me extremely hard.
I loved the music and the simplistic energy! Also the free aspect is amazing- will definitely be returning and have probably recommended around 5 people by now and it’s only been 4 days since my first class.

-Sets positive expectations at the beginning of class making it a Safe and FUN environment
-Shows personality and versatility
-Gives EXCELLENT cues which includes where you should be feeling the exercise, form to keep everyone safe, and modifications so the students can make it their own practice.
-She checks in throughout class to make sure the class is doing OK and tells us what to expect next.
Now, you would think ALL the instructors do this. They do not.
Pia also is extremely welcoming coming in to class and leaving. She creates a community.
