I love the fair oaks studio. I have been to boston back bay, encinitas, westwood, ventura, goleta, west berkeley, mission bay, and this is by far the cleanest studio i’ve been to. they also retain their teachers for a really long time here and the culture seems to be very friendly. teachers like neal and sabrina have been there a long time and are very high quality teachers. lots of amazing teachers here at fair oaks
I like the workouts which serve to improve my strength, stability, and mobility. I also like the variety of classes offered at various times throughout the day.
Very welcoming staff at the Kapolei studio! The facility is very clean. The one week free really gives you a good feel for what the studio is like.
I liked that the Hot scult temperature was not too hot. Teacher was great, calm yet still challenged us to do our best.

I love the quality of the tachers and the ability to choose different types as well as different levels of classes, The classes are offered at convenient times for my schedule. I also love the shopping there!
I really like the variation in classes recently. I like using blocks in sculpt classes so I thik that prop could be included more. I recommend if we use a block in any sculpt, C2, etc. the instructor should gather the wipes and hand them out to everyone during cool down - kinda like they do for reformer pilates classes. I've seen some CPY instructors do this before and I think its more of an expectation now across other workout classes I've tried.

Hands down one of the best instructors ever! I loved the music, the energy, and the welcoming atmosphere. The workout challenged me in the best way, and it was worth every minute. I’ll definitely be back!
