CorePower is the best part of my day. It's difficult, yet rewarding. It's an energizing workout in an uplifting environment. I've been a member since 2021 and I couldn't live without it!
I love CorePower sculpt - I wish there was a Mon/Weds/Fri Sculpt option with a start time between 7-8am. I think there would be a lot more interest in this than the Strength classes. I love Sahia, Jessica J, Heddie & Yanira's classes - the teachers make all the difference. Would LOVE to see these guys on the schedule more!

Laura Ra is a great instructor! Great cueing, infectious energy. I noticed that when a person in class was needing to take a break for quite a while, she subtly went over to check on them. I thought this was super considerate, maintained their safety, while also not bringing too much attention to them!
We have a great community where everyone feels welcome. Staff is incredible and challenge us daily to stay grounded with clear intention.

The schedule makes it possible to practice, as needed/. Managers, and teachers provide fgreat community, like family.
Would like an early morning restore class, a few days a week, to make it perfect - like 8 or 9 ish.
