I enjoy going to Friday night C2 with Steve aka NamaSteve! From the moment I walk in the door I'm smiling. He's a true gem and I'm so glad I get to join his class on Friday nights. His sequencing, his music, his cues, his little jokes, it's all just a joy! I really appreciate the pace of his class, I never feel rushed and he never says the dreaded 'breath to movement'. I love my local CPY studio! the instructors are wonderful, always assist with proper technique, lead classes with a smile and just make my class fabulous. I love that I can walk to/from the studio from my house. One of the best things about my studio is the number of classes each day, it's SO nice to be able to decide last minute that I have time for a yoga class and have multiple classes to select from. Thanks for being a fabulous studio and keeping me engaged and motivated. Glenna
I enjoy how each instructor changes up the classes it seems on a weekly basis. It keeps our practice fun and challenging. The Ward studios and bathrooms are always very clean. Plus there is usually plenty of parking at the Ward center.
