Every single class has an instructor that is compassionate, dedicated, enthusiastic, motivating, athletic, kind, encouraging, creative, inspiring,. I am so happy every single time I go to class everyone at the front desk is welcoming and sincere. The studio is clean. There’s a couple showers which are cleaner than most of the studios I’ve been in and there’s a Sprouts grocery storenext-door, which is so handy to grab a few groceries after class. The location is great as well.

I was visiting my daughter and came in as a guest. I participated in a class level two. I have never been in a hot yoga room before and was apprehensive about it, but actually, I found it to be quite invigorating. I might consider looking into a Core Power near me.
