I am right now SOOO happy about the CoreRestore class I just took on Tuesday at Encinitas. I am 100% committed to hitting that class and can’t wait to take Macy’s CoreRestore class on Sunday night!! A few other members and I were talking about how some of the older CoreRestore classes didn’t lean enough into Yin and this class definitely did!! I love the regular yoga and I love some of your other classes but a really serious yin style class is CRITICAL to staying healthy. I also feel like I got credit for my daily meditation at that class!! Yay and thank you!!

Previously, I never attended a group fitness class. This was a hard class, but the trainor was so inspiring and afterwards spoke with me and really got my confidence back up. Would definitely suggest to a newbie or seasoned fitness expert!
Facilities are clean and easy to use; teachers are positive and instructive and all equipment is provided, if needed.
Sometimes the music is too loud causing difficulty hearing teachers instructions.

The leadership and management of the Core Power in Louisville makes all the difference. When the north Denver studios went under the corporate umbrella several of them LOST their personality. Thank GOD the Louisville one didn’t. The corporate plug n play domination of class structures and offerings along with your obnoxious teacher training and membership drives are off putting in the extreme. You’re lucky that the teachers and leaders of your Louisville studio can follow your requirements and still provide a community atmosphere. You would do better to out membership cost increases toward your managers and teachers over dumbass website upgrades and online crap classes. The studious up here were BETTER before you pushed them to be cookie cutter corporate box crap. Why don’t think other yoga studios opened up here? It’s obviously bc people here want individual personality variety classes and you killed at at Core Power. Bummer for you. Stupid of you. Bless the teachers you have. They are the reason people come.
