I love core power but they are canceling a class that moms who need to drop off their kids and go to work by 10 we need the 8:15 class!

Stef A classes are great paced with the best music. There is great instruction for many levels. Awesome energy and rhythm to the classes. Showing a well balanced approach to teaching.
Excellent classes and instructors
I did my free week at the Walnut Creek CorePower location. I was able to take classes with three different instructors and was able to see their teaching styles shine through the traditional route that CP classes take. I thoroughly enjoyed the welcoming environment and would suggest to other yogis wanting to try a new location.
I’ve been a member at corepower for about a year now but just recently took at trip to Bellevue for the weekend and absolutely loved everything about the Bellevue studio. It was very clean and everyone was so friendly and welcoming! I took Kristin, Katie, and Tyler’s sculpt class during my weekend stay and loved all of their classes. I can’t wait to come back and visit!

Instructors work to accommodate and assist all practice levels.
I don’t ever hear E40 in a yoga class…in Irvine…but I loved it!! The music was so much fun that it took my mind off whatever pose I was in and tea brought me to the moment.
It’s the best studio. Plenty of classes, great rooms, parking used to be annoying to get in and out but they solved that. Literally the best and I’ve been to so many in so many states!!
The 6 AM class. They're welcoming check-in. The clean locker rooms and showers. The community. Great Instructor, Colleen. She explains all the movements and poses so that you don't have to look up. She also does a great job of demonstrating everything that we doing or about to do so you can see exactly what you need to do. She's very challenging and motivating.
Teachers are all great and the location is so convenient!
