I typically take 7am C2, I think these classes can be hotter, and maybe leave the heat on for the full duration of the class instead of turning the fan on at the end. Other than that, GREAT!

I tried Lola’s class and it was truly incredible! Great voice projection and cues. In addition, I loved her sun B sequence flowing it twice, then moving into B+. Her intention was balanced which she mentioned is something we work up to and I truly believe in that statement. Lola is the best! Go LoLo!
