The classes and instructors are generally good for the most part. That said I am not a fan of CorePower Yoga community members that try to disrupt my practice and peace of mind and I can easily do without them and do not want to be near them.

I gain flexibility and strength from CorePower Yoga experience. Sometimes I don't realize part of my body sore till I hit the spot during class, the workout helps me to restore body flexibility and mobility greatly. High recommend

LOVE the CorePower community especially the Del Mar location. The heat is the best here, the teachers are amazing and they are always so welcoming. I do all the classes and love the variety!
