Confident with quiet healing energy. Brea was what pushed us to belong to Core power instead of other local and also excellence Studios.

HPF on Thursdays with Paul is great! His cues are sufficient, his pace is good, his voice is clear and his music is not super loud and distracting like it is in some other classes. He allows for body and mind connection and concentration on breath, which is an important aspect of yoga. Thank you Paul!

This studio is amazing
I think the studio is very clean. I am always greeted when I come and go. The classes are straight forward and easy to follow. I am not sure way I am always older than anyone else in the class by 25 years , at least. I don't know why people my age don't go there? I am sure that is not the demographic you are searching for but I like it!!
Alyssa is a fabulous teacher and very skilled at teaching HPF !
The intensity
I like how great the atmosphere is and the kindness of the teachers. It’s really gotten more organized and professional since Joshua has arrived. The teachers are now more instructive and helpful. The rooms are cleaner and more prepared for the class and the laughter is much louder as everyone is happy who signs in.
I’ve been going for only 5 months and try to do 5 classes a week. I like the people who attend and I see them getting stronger and healthier.
I like the classes and the instructors are great. I do wish that they would limit the number of students in sculpt classes because it makes it hard to do some of the moves with weights when you are so close to your neighbor on either side of the mat.
I have been attending CorePower for 2 years now and I love taking class from Charlotte! Her energy and dedication is inspiring and motivates me to continue practicing. Thank you Charlotte for everything!

It’s been a long time since I took a yoga class. I was there with a couple of my friends and Jenna was our instructor. She’s amazing! Loved her class and her vibe. She’s so methodical, yet so patient, sweet and cool. I definitely had fun and I try to come back every time she’s there :)
