I have been taking C2, sculpt and strength classes and find the balance of the three have helped improve my mobility and strength. I really like the early classes , before 6 am preferred so I can still make it home to get ready for work and get the kids off to school

I've been to a bunch of different corepowers, from LA, OC, San Diego, NYC, and have to say I really love this studio. Tomi, the instructor was great and on point with his queues. I know he was a sub but I hope to attend another one of his classes in the future.
Great workout that has significantly changed my muscle tone and body over the past year. Love how accomplished I feel after each workout.
