Better organization of auto emails.
Still looking for more training, meetings, etc in Lake County in support of the all the members in this northern area of the organization's territory.
Every year we pay more and more to the board and I dont know for what. I have not used the board for anything ever since 1987. And please do not consider that realtor magazine a good reasone for a $500 bill, highest subscription ever. The board makes a fortune on us Realtors with NO RETURN.

Call wait times are long when needing customer service. Fees are very high to belong as well--
Quick service, education classes, Realtor information and updates quickly.
Not happy that in order to pay via the web site I was required to make additional donations I did not want to make.
Most of my friends and business associates are non-realtors,I don't know why I would be referring them to Mainstreet.

Make the cost cheaper to belong. It has increased $100 since the short time I belonged to this association.
Work with MRED to allow us to use our own email addresses when we use ConnectMLS. It should be our email info that shows up in our clients inbox, not Connect as the sender. Also Residential Rentals should have it's own forms, not have to use the ones for sales.
Stop over charging Realtors for continuation classes! For the amount of dues and class fees that we do pay class times should not just be in the mornings evening continuation classes should also be offered during the evening hours. Flexibility, Flexibility, Flexibility!
