I like the continuing ed classes offered. And its nice to get a reminder to submit payment for invoices.
Informative.
Ease of Use.
Very helpful and easy to navigate web site..
the reminders about due payments, class offerings, updates about training
The payment site was a bit confusing for someone who just wants to pay a simple bill...doesn't seem to flow very well.
You are extremely professional! Each member of your team has been trained to help you even if it is not their department. That says a great deal about your leadership, from the CEO on down. Keep up the good work!

Relevant classes and top-notch customer service.
Resources available to assist with career
I like how Lynn Madison fights for our real estate rights.
easy to do
I like everything from the cost savings for membership to the education that this organization brings not only to a Realtor but to the community. MainStreet has time and time again proven to be an important part of both.
Friendly - Always willing to help
The question leaves me confused and uncertain. So the 5. Why would I recommend MORE to a non-Realtor friend or business associate? For clarity, is the question asking me if I would recommend MORE to a non member?
Courteous and friendly MORE employees who are knowledgeable and available to answer questions and give direction. Also like the convenience and variety of classes offered for both agent designations and Continuing Ed license requirements.
Always very responsive to any questions or issues.
The initail sign-up was not a consumer friendly experience. I did give feedback about my negatiuve experince but no one contacted me.
I may not be utilizing my membership to its full capacity.
Really need a payment plan for dues. While we all know that they are due Dec 1 and should budget for that, it is not always feasible and to have that amount of money due right before Christmas is very frustrating. I used to be a member of Fox Valley and we paid monthly which included our dues, MLS and Sentrilock. It made life so much easier. And with today's technology it could be automatically be drawn every month. Just a suggestion. Thank you!
Friendly people
Office is not conveniently locate.
We need more education classes. I would like to use our own teachers.
Whenever I call, I get a good response and quick answers!
The staff is great! They are always helpful. Mainstreet has excellent educational offerings too.
As a new agent, I like the tutorials and information I get through Mainstreet. I enjoy Lynn Madison and her courses.
Excellent work.
Very efficient and helpful.
The Support from the help desk is great and they are all very friendly. They have taught me a lot of short cuts.
Face of Mainstreet, the website built by inexperienced designers.

As the industry loses agents due to a variety of reasons, especially after the 'bust' of 2008 the associations did not lessen our burden, in fact it creased fees and dues. I don't really know where my money goes that I give to this association and another that I belong to. I participate because I have to not because I want to. You should do something to change that sentiment as I think I speak for many of us. And to be specific--in my almost 22 years of being a real estate agent/Realtor I don't think I have ever had the 'opportunity' to 'recommend' More or any other association-. To the mainstream agent, it is a necessary evil. Only the individual practitioner not associated with any major RE brand can afford the luxury of foregoing an association affiliation. And, I don't think disappointed is the proper term the way you used it--more like resignation as in "resigned to being a member of More." Want to make me happy--slash the dues in half, tell IAR they don't need that albatross of a building in Springfield (it never should have been built), sell it and make better use of their existing resources.....and most of all....tell NAR to stop playing with the numbers.....consumers are savvy enough now to be able to see thru the smoke and mirrors about how 'great' the economy is. A little honesty would go a long, long way.
