More "Live" Classes at Tinley Park location. Most live classes are at Main, Downer's Grove.

Fees are very high for someone that is not active. Why can't there be a reduced fee for people who want to keep their license active and not pay over $1000 in fees for everything?

I do not like having to pay dues in December right before Christmas. Would prefer to pay in July or even to make payment through out the year.

They are varied some there at least one thing, and probably a number of things, that will help and appeal to each member.
Class required for licensure are not clearly defined. Fees are really high for new agents. The reality is brand new agents who have never been a real estate broker are not able to recover the $850 to start, $195, 504, for the first year . This is after paying 637 for our license class. There is no preliminary period for us to catch up to break even. I'm sure you've heard this before. Thanks for listening to my two cents!

Make things easier to find. I spent a long time looking for a certification class today. Navigation fromt he search bar takes me to a page but not right to the class I am looking for.
I just hoped that there was more attention paid to appraisers. The entire organization is 100% for realtors and nothing for appraisers.
