Mainstreet invests in it's members
The staff is very helprful, and they know their job.
Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS Association provides comprehensive educational tools for Realtors to use in real time and for day to day transactions between clients and other real estate agents. Additionally, the staff is knowledgeable, accessible, and eager to troubleshoot any problem(s) or address any inquiry(ies). I'm proud to be a member, and thank you for all you do!
The employees are phenomenal. I am taking advantage of the classes this month and next month as I feel I need some help in building my business. I am excited to look for more opportunities to be involved with Mainstreet and network with top producing agents to get established in the Chicago market.

Outrageous fines for a first time ever ethics complaint. I've been licensed since 1989 and have never been accused of anything. I feel $3000 is excessive when the procedure letter states the main purpose is for EDUCATION. Seems like a money grab to me.
With all the anti trust lawsuits happening, I'm sure it won't be long until Brokers can have MLS access without being a Realtor member. VERY disappointed in MY Realtor Association. That I have paid tens of thousands of dollars to over my many years in business. Probably well over $50,000.
