Last service for me was the quick response on letter of good standing sent by Teresa J.L. DiPaolo.
Also, when I receive a reminder call for dues that are close to due date!

When I call in for help: 1) it's a person vs. a menu of options, 2) they understand my question/issue, 3) they provide an answer vs. someone else I need to contact. Nothing short of "wow".

You bill us and put was is a voluntary contribution on the bill. You don't give an obtion to not pay this until the final part where you send your payment. That alone tells me how deceiving you are trying to be. What a shame but I'm sure it's was given the ok by some higher up genious.

Fees for mainstreeet and MORE combined are high in comparison to other boards I belong to. Non consistent answers when calling and asking questions. This is frustrating.
Helpfull staff

It would be nice to have coordination between MRED and NIRA for agents to have CE that qualifies for both IL & IN.

A little bit confusing at the time of registration. You can’t register from the instructor’s schedule. Yo need to login to the website and then register for a class for getting the members price .
Also, fees are more expensive than CAR :(
