A Very professional and organized association.
Everything - great, responsive, helpful group! :)
You do a great job with your classes. Great instructors!!
Does not seem like this association cares about brokerages or agents. Just looking to make money off the agents. I even voiced my opinion to the president of mainstreet and only got a generic response confirming my biases
Very direct, professional and timely.
Personal touch shown towards the members.
I feel like it’s so so so expensive with fees that seem to come up so quickly. And if there are tons of free benefits that I’m supposed to be getting by paying a thousand or so each year outside of the MLS Useage that I use I am not seeing the value of paying so much.
Everything Main Street does is geared towards residential brokers. There are many flaws in the multiple listing system that are related to commercial listings that are not addressed.
Quick and easy to respond
Accessibility, in-person, on-site Tinley Park training and Realtor support.
Reduce fees
Keeping us up to date with everything and all dues...
I like the additional programs you provide with MLS training, Coffee talks, Design, commercial forums.
Service, professionalism, provides key resources, education, updates and information for members and Brokers!! Thank You
Continues to encourage Realtors (members) to get smart and get involved.
Fees!!!
Way too expensive and you sell or give away all valuable information about the only asset that any agent has...the inventory of listing information. Zillow, Trulia and hundreds of other services take our information and make Realtors unnecessary and something to avoid, when gathering information and searching markets for a new home.
There was a time when most productive agents had a backlog of qualified buyers eagerly waiting to see listings. Now they just sit a computer, avoid any agent input, and look at 45 pictures, videos, room measurements, taxes, schools address and price all without the need for the foolish licensees who freely arm their competition with all pf that information.
I have not put a listing on any MLS for over 25 years. If a buyer wants to know about my listing, they have to call me.
The fees seem higher than other associations
They are Very responsive and have a variety of training options.
I always wonder how you collect so much money from us. It just does not make sense.
Very helpful staff and good training programs
Cost. Forced membership to nar to use mls database . Bulk payment vs monthly. Endless icons for every option In The mls, poor cluttered design. Outdated way of doing business. Only exits because of a data base. Endless emails like this one.
Friendly staff. Current and efficient services.
Easy to talk to and great help.
Data is very easy to obtain & use, but it's VERY EXPENSIVE!!!!
It is too expensive-especially in a tough market.
Very engaging, always educating agents, very friendly and helpful, creates great events for networking opportunities, easily accessible.
Be more available
Help keep track of ce requirements
Generally easy to deal with. Responsive to inquiries, Friendly and courteous.

Everything - staff, professionalism, courses available, events, committees, support of other Realtor organizations, etc., etc,
