Mainstreet is the most professional and supportive association around. They are always on the cutting edge of our industry changes and evolution. The staff is wonderful.
I never get the same answer when I call and ask a question to different people. I was fined $2500 for something I didn't do - WHERE DOES THAT MONEY GO?? WHO IS PROFITING OFF THIS?
Excellent instructors and value-added courses.
I'm part of 6 associations and illinois is the best and easiest to navigate

I am the managing broker holding both MORe and CAR associations. I see the difference with the training and what is provided for the agents. Hands down I have all the new agents sign up with Mainstreet.
Support
Every ti me I ask for help - Mainstreet family is right there to help,
service
I've only been a member of 1 board, Mainstreet and they are amazing. The tools, benefits and classes they offer are 2nd to none. Always feel well informed by the industry leaders in the real estate business. They should be the benchmark for all boards!
Excellent programs for membership, the staff is very helpful and patient with answering questions and making you feel comfortable.
There is always an answer for my questions.
Prices are too high.
All Services !!
I’m disappointed by the lack of communication regarding the NAR commission lawsuits over the past year as well as the complete omission of any discussion around the utter chaos at NAR over the past several months. MORe apparently isn’t interested in the member’s concerns or opinions on the matter. This is an organization that I am forced to join in order to gain access to the MLS and honestly it’s embarrassing to be part of it with no help from MORe; you just pretend the issue doesn’t exist because you won’t say anything negative about NAR. I look forward to a day when real estate licensees can choose to only join a MLS so they can do their job and not have to also join 3 other associations that continue to cost more money every year.

Very helpful
Whar are we paying dues for? The board office doesn’t look out for the agents at all? You sell rights to Zillow and Redfin and our sites realtor . Com mean nothing. You really need to go back to the little guys and not higher ups
After listening to the training today on How to Talk to Buyers: I feel this could be handled so much better. 1- the one hour slated for today's presentation was way too short. So much is left unanswered that could have been answered or presented today. 2-establishing a significant new rule in response to the lawsuits before establishing HOW realtors can get paid in this new commission structure is rude and irresponsible to every paying More member. 3- how about addressing the reality that many buyers cannot afford to pay us or will refuse to, AND sellers will most likely be unwilling to pay any or part of the difference. Why should they?- they are suing on this exact premise. Why would a seller want to pay for the buyer's realtor??
I understand the complexity of all this but I really see the cart before the horse. Everyone at More will get their same pay in 2024, will still have a job and will.charge the same to members/realtors. And what is the board doing about the 1000's of agents that are clueless about this and/or won't comply?? "Guide" us that it's up to realtors to submit complaints?? I could go on but will stop, I never feel like anyone at the board listens anyway. Years ago I reported a serious safety issue to Kate Sax and she did absolutely nothing. A mob action of 50 or more people showed up on the lawn of an open house at my listing, I had a very hard time keeping them all from trying to get into the house. She never sent out a notice to other realtors, did nothing.
I like that if I have a question there is always someone there to provide an answer.
I also like the continuing education classes that are offered, both live and remote.
You can always get a hold of them.
For the amount of dues I pay why can’t a mailed reminder for dues be sent? A missed email can happen in a busy world.
Quick and professional response from the help desk
