Everyone I speak with is always friendly & knowledgeable.

Multiple classes and communication on everything real estate. Ex: Laws, ethics, trends, etc.

Im not a fan of if you miss a payment by a few days and you call to ask for a waived late fee, you are met with attitude and no help whatsoever. I also absolutely hate that there are attempts to force me to pay for politcal action committees by putting thier donation on my invoice. I have not had one positive interaction with Mainstreet.

I forgot the due date for my dues because my daughter has been in and out of the hospital and forgot the due date because of this. I asked for a simple $25 late fee removal and it was denied. Christi Koziol tells me they have to ask the board of directors. The board of directors denied this simple request. This is absolutely ridiculous I can't get a $25 late removed after the thousands I have given this association.

Rudeness, short when calling asking for help. I try not to call.

I raised the rating from 0 to 3 now that I see various events Mainstreet organizes to offer networking opportunities. However, management of the organization continues to be irresponsive and deceptive. For my only inquiry since Feb, I have been cheated multiple rounds by being told I would be reached out and talked to, and it turned out to be a total disappointment.

Mainstreet Organization is a very resourceful place for Realtors. If you're looking for professionalism, training, support, tools, real estate news, answers to your questions, etc., then Mainstreet Organization offers invaluable assistance when needed and when you need to know.

Fees are higher than other areas

You guys need to stop selling out contact information. The email address I used to my mainstreet account has seen an explosion of marketing material.

I love how it feels like the organization actually cares about the members. Some events they host has a 'family' type of feel to is and they are always staying in front of the things we need to know in order to be successfukl in the business. Thanks Mainstreet :-)

I like the services offered and the website is user friendly.

We are trying to find a way that teams could be under one MLS number so sales can be applied to a team and Zillow and read my agent reviews can be applied to a team. Thank you😊

Everything is easy to find.

MORE as the local chapter of the Illinois Association of Realtors is largely ineffective at protecting private property rights and enhancing the real estate profession. While MORE has certainly had some successes what I hear from Realtors and experience on the front lines of our profession is myriad issues pertaining to municipal overreach and draconian housing policies, unfair housing practices which place an inordinate burden on property owners and the Realtors that serve them as well the prospective buyers and consumers. For me personally these issues have become so egregious that it compelled me to work on one of MORE’s Government Affairs Committees this past year. I have been disappointed to see the impotent and inefficient actions of our organization at all levels. Meanwhile the previously stated issues persist and property owners, buyers, and consumers continue to be negatively impacted.

The people are supper nice and helpful.

For some of the instructors not to be condescending. I appreciate the help desk personnel for their patience and adequate assistance with us when we call.

I can always speak to a live person, that will listen to my concerns and help direct me to the best Ppssible solutions. You don't have to go it alone when you have an association like Main Street to back you up period everyone is available for your needs. Unfortunately I fhave not always found that to be the case with other associations. That's why for me , I always feel at home at Main Street.

Hi .....
First class treatment for realtors.....when all the world thinks they're realtors..... our association understands the importance of what it "really" means to be a realtor. Anyone can find a property, but show me the realtor who can close the deal......with the real tools from Mainstreet!
