The class you just required me to sit to for membership was a repeat of the class I needed to take to be licensed. At that class you said it counted for CE only if I came back for the rest of my CE classes. Pretty shady. And, the class was a repeat...wasting my time.

Location of you office is not convenient for people located in and around Joliet

Bring back the one day codes. I have lost out on too many showings and I really don't want to go back to a combo lockbox.
The one girl at the front desk of your office needs to be more pleasant. When I go int here it's like I'm disturbing her day or something. No smile...no nice greeting. Very abrupt. the older lady is very helpful and kind. She is willing to actually assist and make you feel like you are not bothering her.
The value of services from our local organization is very good for the money.
