The Association is the core of education, dissemination of important information, concerned with professional development of the membership and the staff memembers I have had the pleasure of dealing with have always been so concerned about answering my questions or directing me to the appropriate source to receive the answers.
Could use more in the way of communication for new agents. There is so much information coming out and don't know what is really important to read/know. Also, would be helpful if education requirements were made more clear. I never received an email regarding my jump start training or the Code of Ethics class until after the fact.
FEES SHOULD BE SPREAD OUT INSTEAD OF ONE LUMP SUM

Great training and customer service.
When I called last week I was promptly directed to the right people and was given extremely useful information in a more than thorough manner. There was follow up from the party who promised to send something to me via email as well.
I was very pleased with the service and think Mainstreet will be my first line of inquiry from now on.
