Your APP doesn't work!
I like all the forms on line but would like to find the disclosures easier and be able to print and fill in
I just became a new realtor, and I have become a certified staging consultant, and gone through the introduction 2 day training course.
I could not be happier with MORe!
There is so much to learn and understand, and MORe really makes it easy and fun. I feel so empowered after taking these training courses, and I just signed up for 2 more trainings about an hour ago. I'm thrilled to be a part of MORe, and I am so happy with the tools available, responsiveness, and level of professionalism present in this organization. You've really done your research on providing courses aimed at experiential learning with extremely qualified instructors that are engaging and interesting. I have never felt bored or as if any class has been a waste of my time, and that really means a lot coming from a college graduate like myself! I've sat through a lot of schooling.
I feel very privileged and lucky to be part of this organization, and thank you again for all of your help in my first 6 months as a licensed realtor! :)

I was registered for the jumpstart course a month before the class and missed it because I was not sent proper notice of the date and time to attend the class. Then I received an email the day of the class that I would be fined $50. I'm still not sure how to pay the fine. I tried calling Mainstreet the day I received the email that I was fined and was not able to talk to a live person. I still did not hear back from them. Very unhappy so far!!!
I've said it before fees are high, should be more options for payments and space them out.
Lynn Madison is an excellent instructor, she explained the material very well, answered so many questions from my peers and kept the class interesting!!

We MUST improve the MLS, since you are an integral part of it, the areas are distinguished vaguely, and ambiguously and must be modernized to reflex areas that are known. Near north, near west are not descriptive enough. The internal workings must be updated it is very difficult to maneuver thru the site, you get thrown off easily, and the searches are now taking forever. I have tried to take classes but they were extremely elementary so I stopped. The MLS is an integral part of our livelihood and should be addressed very soon. I share these sentiments with many colleagues who do not express their feelings because they feel the subject is mute. Please help us in this dismal situation.
