Have more staff available to answer phones during the renewal period. I tried calling this morning and got a message that operators are not available. To leave a message and someone will call me withn 24 to 48 hours which is too long to get an answer to my question.
Very friendly the staff goes out of their way to help. All the tools available to do business in a professional manner.
Not having a one day code makes it so much more difficult. Buyer's agent without sentrilock would not even show the property and if they would, I must drive to the city to let them in. I wisch one day codes would be back, the sooner the better...

Enforce your rules and regulations on all members. Don't join up with companies that want to sell our own leads back to us.
One of the things that I can think of now is returning the Realtors store.
A website that allow you to contact via email all the Realtors in the different areas ( for example are 515 or area 532 ..etc..)
The rating is because I am new to MORe, so far I am happy, have not had enough experience to rate it higher.

It's very pro-active in providing training, resources and support to help REALTORS stay up-to-date on changes in the marketplace, laws, pricing, etc.
