more user friendly site...a little overwhelming for the average consumer
Any time I have contacted your office they have been 100% helpful. If they didn't have answer they would tell me who to contact. Always very pleasant people over he phone
I have asked why the Listing Agreement contract has changed as to an agent's ability to type in information. It is now very cumbersome and encourages me not to use your site.
Reduce Yearly dues.
Keep members informed about current issues. The only thing I don't like is the raise in the yearly fees, it's hard enough with the market to make money and the raise in fees around Christmas is not easy to do.
Continue to provide tools that will help us with our transactions. No complaints.

Everything is there when you need it.
Good: locations, staff and classes.
Needs help: offer more classes without fees. Explain where the annual fees go. Answer why the Board provides our listings to websites like Trulia, Zillow and Realtor.com just for them to charge us back again when they get leads for our listings.
Reason for the high rating is that all the Boards do the same thing. It seems like they're no longer fighting for the Realtors, but instead for profits for themselves.

I also, like the fact that it doesn't take long for a return call, when the person I need to speak with is not available at the time.
