What do you like about our association services?

Everything is fine except the last communication for office certification. I was able to decipher the extremely small print test that was sent to me but with difficulty. It was a 4 by 2 inch frame. It could have been larger for easy reading. Maybe that could be improved upon for the next certification request!

By forcing me into a totally bogus arbitration without considering all the facts from both sides before going going forward!!!!!
The bigger problem is we have no choice if we are going to do business in this area!!!--we are stuck with the rules!!
We can't do anything to make things Right! We must abide with the rules as they are.
