Have real people answer the phone without getting transferred to another recording several times in a row. Also, not everyone in a department should be gone at the same time, especially in a vital area. Thanks, great work overall!

Everyone at the association is very helpful. When I have a question or concern, I know I can get the answer quickly or at least, find out who can help me. Many times when I call, I can actually talk to the person immediately. There are many offices where that is a rarity. Voice mail is the norm. When I do have to leave a message, my calls are returned promptly. Of course email can be even faster, but when I'm out in the field, email is not always the easiest way for me to contact MORe.
The education courses are timely and an excellent resource for staying up to date with our ever changing industry. Thank you Mainstreet, you're the BEST!
