I was looking on the site for realtor benefits and we used to have a discount at a local Benjamin moore paint shop but could not find it

I feel the board is more consumer orientated then on the side of the realtor. Board never stands by the realtor
Just seems like the board is more concerned about getting partners always trying to sell us stuff increasing our costs and wasting more of our time to go more places to tweak listings, reports, etc. I don't feel I am getting any value for my money. and you make it more difficult for us, as the only association who does not allow one day lock box codes.
Very professional. Active lobby efforts. Plenty of educational opportunities.
I get to talk to real live people when I have issues/problems. Hate the automated calls. Lots of helpful information when in your news email. Relatively easy sites to navigate. Great education programs on everything.

I have been with RANCW and now Mainstreet for 30 years. For the most part the organization has met my needs. However, since taking away our right to issue one day codes, things have changed drastically. I assume that since you are asking this question that I am not the only Realtor that is dissatisfied with the services that you provide. You have taken away the Realtor "Store" where agents could come in and purchase "tools of the trade" easily. Not so anymore. I would say at this point that I am tolerating my association with your board.
More benefits to receive through agency and lower bill amount.
