Mainstreet appears focused on regulating. Assistance is fine, but the attitude is always "look how great Mainstreet is". Someone needs to improve MRED and it's services. ConnectMLS needs major overhaul.

The association provides needed support, education and help. Diligently works to promote our business and the staff is professional, very courteous and knowledgeable.
It is ridiculous that Mainstreet would close on Friday for all staff meeting and have: a) no one manning the phones; b) schedule a class required for licensure renewal on Monday and be closed Friday; c) not be able to reach ANYONE either by email, phone or any other means during business hours; d) fail to support agents on regular business hours when they act as a governing body.
