What could we do to improve?

I'm a long time member. The services are ok, but I think the fees are too high. Also, I think no one wants to see the annual dues statement that is due Dec 1 in the middle of the summer.

What do you like about our association services?

classes are very organized and do seem to be quite complete, although topics are many times rather rushed due to the amount of information to be covered in a limited time. i would like to see an guide or plan put together for new agents to get started on using the MLS, contracts, and CMA's. I realize there are classes, and I am an independent contractor, but I'm still feeling rather disorganized without an orderly progression to follow. Thanks.

Courtney was very professional and helpful on the phone discussing the upcoming changes to the scheduling of CE courses. Offered to take my email info and send me an email when the schedule is completed. Nice service.

I LIKED OUR LITTLE ASSOCIATION BETTER BEFORE WE WERE TAKEN OVER.TO BIG FOR ME.FEEL THE SOUTH/SOUTHWEST AREA GETS IGNORED.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Allow us to obtain one day codes for the Sentrilocks. My office is on the fringe area and we often have listings into the Chicagoland area. Most Realtors do not have a Sentricard -
so in the best interest of our clients (sellers) we have to meet the Realtor at the house
so we don't miss a showing. Other Boards allow one day codes -- Main Street is the only
one that doesn't.
