Very accommodating and responsive
Mainstreet is attentive and responsive to my questions and concerns.
I am being charged a $75.00 fee for mandatory classes that I CANCELLED in advance by sending written notification, but the claim is that I was a "no-call/no-show" for the training. This is very aggravating.

Information is timely. Any questions or inquiries are answered quickly. Fees are the lowest of any association in the Chicago area.

I called More this morning at 9:15 to get information about training information/classes for a new agent in our office. I was sent to voicemail. Here it is 10:45 and I have not gotten any call back about my request. I would have expected a quicker response than that!

They try to keep the agents informed and encourage/remind them how to treat customers/clients. What is trying to be taught today is how it was when I started in 1978. Work SMARTER not HARDER by building a base and keep on top of it as it will pay you back someday that is if you are still in the Real Estate Industry.

The association is very helpful and knowledgeable. I like their CE classes and other informative association meetings. They have a great staff and also have great other after work events.
