Seriously not enough communication with members.
I went on line to pay my bill for $140,00 but when I signed in it said $270,00 and I could not change that...why????
Nice direction!
I like that fact that they keep improving our services, that we have not had too many increases in dues over the 20+ years I have been a member. I like that every time I need help everyone is helpful, quick to respond and if they do not know the answer they direct me to the right source. I am especially thankful for Theresa D. and Kate S. who have both helped me with problems. And I would never forget the Billing department, who keeps me updated on my agents dues and is considerate of a new Designated Realtor and patient with my questions.
Reliable sources are always appreciated.

That's my local organization. Easily available, always ready to answer questions or provide information. A great resource for CE, etc.
You are easily accessible and everyone is friendly & helpful. The website is improving - I use it mostly for market stats. However, the question about recommending it is, IMO, a moot point. I never discuss real estate boards with fellow agents - doesn't come up in conversation.

Very prompt in answering questions. I like the offering of CE classes, although I would like to see a classroom closer to the Yorkville area for less traffic congestion. I'd like to see mandatory CE classes at a further reduced rate.
