How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

2 reasons. 1) I think there has been some bad decisions over time with the various lockbox systems. Although in fairness I believe it is on track now. 2) I think our board's listing agreement is way too long and I've seen other board's contracts, like BAR, which I feel is much better, but unfortunately I can't use it.
