Concern: Raising the Dues to $380 and using reasons that many of us do not even think are improvements is a concern. Why add $$'s rather than prioritize like we do for our personal and business budgets!

Partly, I think MORe is too big. But, I also don't see the need for any Realtor Association. I really only want access to the MLS. If a Realtor Association is necessary, then there need be only one.
Why do dues keep going up and what are we getting for the extra money?

"Disappoint" is the wrong word for my reasons. I am a Realtor in the far north suburbs. Mainstreet being and hour and 15 minutes from my office makes me unlikely to utilize the services provided.
