How can you possibly allow "PRIVATE" listings?? The very premise of the creation of the MLS was to decssiminate information to ALL the realtors/salespeople who pay for the service.
There is NOT any halfway decent reason for this category. If the slaesperson wants to be greedy and NOT service his clients to the fullest extent than that person should NOT BE IN THE MLS!!
