I cant understand how you had a functional app and you got rid of it and adopted some other companies that has the functionality and dated information, very very poor decision.

I offer your services due to agents who come to us as prior More members. I don't care for the unnecessary poking into the office business on other boards that we belong to

Add additional continuing ed classes north of Lake Cook Road. At the very minimum we should be able to have a video sit-in of the current classes being held at other locations.
Professional and kind to help the Broker find the information on the web page. Very patient.
Had trouble finding where to report my completion of my Ethics Requirement to you. Under my name it says "Fulfilled" but I don't know if that's for the 2015 requirement or the 2017, which I just did. I have a Managing Broker's License.
A lot of resources, everyone is willing to help, friendly, and it's great!

Customer service, responsiveness, follow-up, training, you guys seem very organized which is fantastic!
Wide variety of resources. Timely advice from the help desk.
Payment plan for dues. Stop charging late fees. Cut us some slack on these large payments. If dues are over a couple months late okay.
