It is Feb 17, 2017 and next available core continue education course in Downers Grove is March 24, 2017 which is more than one month away. The course frequency is low in this license renew season and there is not much selection.
In addition, there was price matching policy for the course, why it was removed? Can we put it back?
My questions are always answered and the staff has great personalities.

I had a training question for a seminar that was required by MRED. My first email to a customer service member went unanswered (with no out-of-office reply). My second email to the Director of Customer Service also went unanswered (with no out-of-office reply). Only on my 3rd attempt, 8 days later, via CHAT while logged in ... did I receive the answers to my questions.
Mainstreet has great trainings
I find that it is very informative, has people with in the association that if a concern or a situation arises they are qualified to address and resolve it.

easy access to get questions anwered
I was expecting to have membership access by Friday Feb, 10, 2017. Today is Monday February 13, 2017 and I am able to log on to the membership site, but still don't have access to MLS.
I am a new realtor and access to that is very important especially because there are many up front fees to be paid, so working with MLS to start the business is extremely important and there cannot be any delays whatsoever.
