What do you like about our association services?

Responsive, organized, pro-active. Every staff member I have contacted has been able to either resolve the issue or refer me to someone that could. They always seem to have the members best interest as a top priority. I have not had any rude or dismissive response like I had at my previous association.

Sometimes its very difficult to get help and support when needed. Not many classes offered in my area, so I have to travel far for education!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

One time when concerns were brought to the attention to the association about listing practice of fellow broker. Response I received was please work directly with the coop broker without even looking at matter of concern. Not sure if I would rate this any other way after paying association due as well.
