What do you like about our association services?

Ease of access. All the resources are at the tip of your finger and can be accessed at anytime via phone, email, online website. Definitely glad to be a part of Mainstreet, highly recommend.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The last class I took I was a little put off by the attitude of Lynn towards the group and one of the assistants basically shutting another agent down in front of everyone. I have taken classes with Lynn for many years and it just seems as if maybe she is not happy doing this anymore. Taking her classes are not that enjoyable any longer and for the money spent maybe the people conducting the classes can be a little more professional and friendly.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I'm very happy with MORE. I wish MLS would be made to be filled out for us Appraisers who pay the same fee's as realtors(I'm both).
Ex: known subdivisions so we can search better as well as other info that belongs in the listing...describe the property not just "sold upon listing"!
Just letting off steam...MORe have any pull in that dept?
