The fees go up every year. It's becoming really expensive to keep a license.
Very easy to work with. However, I came from another board and I was issued sentrilocks which was a very nice perk for the dues we paid.

All our leads are captured by Zillow and we have to buy them back. Seems there should be a way to keep this from happening.
Any services that I have needed or any questions I have asked have been dealt with professionally and courteously. Also, when I have asked tech issues, marketing issues, promotional issues or operating brokerage questions if they do not have a direct answer they direct me to a resource that can help me.

gettting your reps to understand what is being said and/or asked without answering before question is finished is rude and disrespectful. I had a hard time hearing and asked for repetition, and the rep became angry to have to repeat.
Ridiculous.
If I didn't need you to help, I wouldn't use you.

Zillow and etc. should not be allowed by our board to authorize or allow the MLSNI or Brokers under the jurisdiction of the board to freely send Realtors hard work to Zillow or any other inernet entity. In 5 to 10 years there will be NO realtors, thus no need for brokers,thus no need for a board or mlsni. Zillow wants to be the Mlsni for FSBOs and the only thing agents will do is buy leadsfrom them. WAKE UP UNLESS THE MLSNI OR BOARD OR NAR ARE IN COLLUSION WITH ZILLOWS

There are so many invalid listings in the MLS and are not corrected. Agents list properties and in the agents remarks, state no showings until xx.
So many listings state rooms on lower level, but it is really a basement.
So many signs are in front of properties and they are not in the MLS or as private listings.

I am disappointed by all Real Estate associations and entities. What good is the MLS these days? What good is the NAR? They have sold out to the WWW allowing real time quotes from Realtor.com et al... You have helped to make the Realtor obsolete. And the commercials...Poorly placed and a complete embarrassment. They are not the least bit humorous, in fact I find them to be utterly stupid and demeaning. Want to make things right eh?
