This association does not reward it's top producing agents like our neighboring associations do (ex...CAR). Some recognition and reward for agent accomplishments should be in our agenda. It builds morale, strengthens relationships, and is a great Networking event.
I do not have any problems with the services. They are very helpful.
Dues are way too high
Good and prompt agent help
Friendly, helpful, professional
Keep things updated and easy to use.
Everyone is very friendly and easy to deal with.
Truly feels like you are working to serve the members best interests and you all have a habit of over-communicating which is certainly better than the alternative and extremely important when working with business owners who are juggling so much at a give time.
I am tired of all the programs being offered in the Western and Northern suburbs. More needs to be done in the Tinley or Southern Suburbs. Also more on line classes need to be offered if there are not classes open or available to the south side brokers and agents. The fees are going up and the benefits for the agents in the Southern suburbs are not increasing!
Training
You seem to think of everything as far as I am concerned. You stay in touch, bring news that will impact real estate, offer excellent education for those of us who value education
Excellent member services
I like all your classes, they are very interested, and location is great.
Lower fees and or provide free mandatory continuing education courses!
Offer more online course options for all classes, and discount the prices more for agents that already pay dues for the services.
Mainstreet is very responsive to any issues. Everyone is knowledgeable and if they don't know the answer they will find it and call you back with an answer.
How easy it is to work with you . Trying to keep us informed & updated on new technology. I really appreciate that. Thank you!
The staff is always knowledgeable and very helpful .
As an adult person it would be better to have emails sent to me than reporting to my broker like I am a child who forgot to pay a bill
All they offer to their members and the knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Customer service
No one has a conversation . All emails and texts . This is a personalized business . Sometimes a conversation is needed . Too many agents avoid a conversation like the plague .
Offer more for Appraisers or lower the membership fee to accommodate the limited benefits offered to Appraisers.
Knowledgeable staff that can answer questions. Technology that is easy to use.
FEES Are to Expensive!! Lower your rates!!!!!
I like the fact that they are always available.. CE classes are extremely helpful!!
I live in the city so the locations for training are far away.
I recently had an issues with getting sentrilock put on my new phone. I was told I had exceeded my number of devices. After several phone calls and wait time. I was told I had used 10 devices already. They looked up serial numbers and determined 3 were duplicates so they would add this device and now I only had 2 left ....forever in time. I totally disagreed that I had even used 7 devices. I was told she would email me the numbers, she did not. I need my phone and will replace it every 2-3 years. To be told I would have to "beg" for more devices after I used these last 2, was very very disappointing
Overpriced services.

Our association is on top of their game. They offer classes on EVERYTHING. I was just thinking that I really needed to get an overview on our latest contract, even though I've been doing this for over 20 years. The contract has changed and been revised several times. And guess what, I get an email about a class "dissecting the 6.1 contract". This is just the latest example of how the association seems to know what we need.
