I Love the support I get as a new Broker Manager. I have had fantastic guidance through the process from Education to Member services department. I was able to enroll in fantastic courses offered when I wanted to work on a commercial deal.
That we can talk directly to a person that is friendly and knowledgeable and patient.
What I like most about our association is all the classes they offer free and all the assistance they provide for our business. They are always professional and courteous. They are always available for any questions you might have.
They are ahead of the curve offering classes to improve our skills and to help us to increase our sales, to give our clients and customers the best real estate advice possible. Anything you want to know just give them a call and if they can't help you they will point you in the right directions to some one who can.

Per my experience - this association in not agent friendly and not flexible. Looks like more than a realtors association, they are working to policing the realtors. Very disappointed!

I like the 24 hour technical support service. As a new realtor, I have used it a few times over the past year, and it has been quite useful.

I do not see a need for me to be a part of the association but am forced to be a part. I have to pay dues that fund legislature I don't always support and I wish there was an option to remove myself from it. This should be a voluntary payment... as it is in Florida, where I was previously licensed.

I have a lot of overhead expenses. Any lower fees would be great.
